Backend: Share URL generation and testing

• Refactored InsightService._build_share_url to use urlsplit, ensuring that share URLs do not include extraneous path components from the configured base URL.
• Added a new test test_share_url_strips_path_component to verify that share URLs are correctly generated without the /insights path.
• Imported urlsplit from urllib.parse to support the URL parsing logic.

Frontend: UI/UX improvements

Frontend: Insights toolbar usability
