Syncs upstream pstack to 0.15.26 (cursor/plugins@0b8e952).

Upstream now ships a Claude Code tree (cursor/plugins#637, cursor/plugins#705). Its adapter doc lands in pstack/docs/harness/claude-code.md, which broke the lint for both targets and maps names to Claude Code, not omp or OpenCode. This PR drops it from the snapshot.

Following upstream's approach for the long tail, each target ships docs/harness.md, and skills that name an upstream-only feature (cloud agents, Bugbot, built-in PR tool, routines) link to it after their title. The sentence-level cloud rewrites that kept dying on upstream wording changes are gone. Rewrites for agents, models, setup-pstack, and paths stay at build time.

OpenCode drift fixed: the new model-family sentence (cursor-grok-*, composer-*) and the setup guide's Custom Mode link anchor.

Checks: bun run build (no lint findings for either target), bun run typecheck, bun test.

Upstream added a Claude Code harness tree whose adapter doc lives in
pstack/docs/harness/. Shipping it broke the lint for both targets and
would have told omp and OpenCode models to map names to Claude Code.
Drop it from the snapshot selection.

Instead of one sentence-level rewrite per upstream-only feature (cloud
agents, Bugbot, built-in PR tool, routines), each target now ships
docs/harness.md and skills that name those features link to it. This
removes rewrites that died on every upstream wording change.

Also fixes OpenCode drift: the new model-family sentence names
cursor-grok/composer families, and the setup guide's Custom Mode link
gained an anchor.
