Bump the SPSUpdate.Common manifest to 5.2.0 and finalize the release notes. Reconcile the CHANGELOG with the v5.1.0 tag: the release/5.1.0 branch was tagged but never merged back into main, so main still carried the 5.1.0 entries under [Unreleased] and the manifest was left at 5.0.1. Re-create the [5.1.0] section (verbatim from the tag) and move the three post-5.1.0 changes (#64, #68, #59) under the new [5.2.0] section. RELEASE-NOTES.md now covers 5.2.0 only. 5.2.0 contents: - Changed: reboot-confirm boot task runs as SYSTEM (#64) - Added: out-of-band reboot reconciliation (#68) - Added: live patch status after ProductUpdate (#59)

Home.md and Usage.md still linked the previous 4.x release (v4.2.0); align them with README.md, which references the 4.x line (latest v4.3.0).

Release packaging for SPSUpdate 5.2.0 (GA, 5.x / Subscription Edition line).
This PR also reconciles a CHANGELOG/manifest drift: the
