Upload the folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in your local WordPress admin area.
Go to Settings -> Load Remote to set the remote server address.
Make sure not to include a trailing slash (/) at the end of the URL.
Click Save Changes.
