I connect the business tools your team already uses—and help keep the handoffs working after launch.
I work with law firms and small businesses that have too much manual copying between forms, inboxes, CRMs and internal processes. I map one handoff, build the integration it needs, test failure paths and document how the team can operate it.

| Intake forms, inboxes, CRM handoffs and status updates using n8n, APIs, webhooks and small pieces of code. | Input validation, visible errors, retry and recovery paths, documentation, human review where needed and ongoing support. |
My background in IT support and systems administration helps me think beyond a workflow that runs once in a demo: access, infrastructure changes, troubleshooting and the people who will operate it.
- n8n-lint — a JavaScript CLI for checking n8n workflow JSON for schema problems, exposed credential strings and common workflow mistakes. The repository includes examples, tests and CI instructions.
- Fictional-data client-intake sandbox — a personal test project with validation, a simulated reviewer decision and a mock CRM handoff. It is in a draft PR and is not a client deployment or result; I will link the default branch after it is ready for public review.
Real client engagements are confidential. I do not publish their identities, systems, records or results. These repositories show technical work, not anyone's business outcome.
Email me with the goal and the tools involved, or connect on LinkedIn. Please leave out client names, records and confidential details in the first message.
