Simple boilerplate for systemd socket activated HTTP agent based on CherryPy

Compatible with CentOS 7.

Use build.sh to create the Python virtual environment along with a simple requirements.txt file.

Use deploy.sh my-service 0.0.0.0 8080 to configure and deploy the systemd socket and service.
