fix(streaming): send Chrome's own agent to streaming services by default - #122

Prime Video refused to play on 0.1.1-alpha with error 7132 ("old or
incompatible browser"), with a signed CDM, because it received the TV
agent with Electron's tokens. Listed streaming hosts now get Chromium's
agent without the TV marker and without the Electron and app tokens. The
rule is on by default, and the 5 -> 6 settings migration turns it on in
existing profiles.
