This says the package contains only project code and rtss-cli, but the self-contained app also includes third-party NuGet and Windows App SDK components. Could narrow this to say the package no longer bundles the standalone NirSoft display and audio tools; please keep the Portuguese wording equally precise.

The repo convention is to end changelog entries with this PR number, and the release workflow turns a trailing (#NN) into a link. Could include (#100) here (and in the English counterpart) so the release note credits this release PR.
