支持生成存文本的Cookie
我的使用场景是：需要一个命令行的扫码工具，得到纯文本的cookie，然后拷贝到Alist。因此保存到config文件夹新增了txt格式的cookie。至于是否开放cli的方式输出cookie交由作者决定。
