Description
I started using WEBP and noticed that webpmux was being built, because it gives build warnings.
This lead me to make this change, which looks like a simple typo from the WEBP_BUILD_LIBWEBPMUX line above it.
Other command line tools are OFF here, and webpmux should be as well.
