Promotes the released libops/isle v1.1.0 template with the coordinated sitectl/core/Drupal/ISLE v1.0.0 package set. Empty public branch inputs now inherit the selected preset while no-preset deployments remain on main. Removes the unused cloudinit provider from the isolated DigitalOcean and Linode entrypoints; the compatibility root remains GCP-only.\n\nDirect VPC contracts remain aligned with Cloud Run: no connector, private-ranges egress, /26+ supported subnet ranges, MTU 1460, service-agent IAM, subnet-scoped VM ingress, and bounded startup/connectivity handling.\n\nLocal validation: full Terraform init/validate/test matrix, provider-graph contract, Go tests, terraform fmt, terraform-docs, bash syntax, and git diff --check.
