Drop the GitHub and Bitbucket Cloud workspace sync commands along with the now-dead stream implementations and the credential config they relied on. - remove git-sync-github and git-sync-bitbucket bin entries - remove src/streams GitHub/Bitbucket item streams - drop github/bitbucket credentials from config prompts and Configuration type - update README and CLAUDE.md - fix invalid FUNDING.yml syntax that broke format:check Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]>

The command and its itemPrsForUser helper never fetched or displayed any PRs - the helper always returned false and the username argument was never used. Remove the dead stub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]>
