Issues

• User rebinds and unbinds are undone on every launch: the documented startup re-applies app defaults over stored bindings, and there is no defaults layer or "unbound" marker

• After the active profile is deleted, every later launch has no active profile: CreateDefaultProfile() returns null without activating anything, and BindChord/ExecuteChord silently fail

• KeybindingService.ParseChord/ParsePhrase duplicate Chord.Parse/Phrase.Parse, the drift that caused #107

• dotnet build leaves .editorconfig and .gitignore modified on every clone, because #164 reverted both to an older SDK template

• Renamed or recategorised commands keep their old stored metadata after a restart, and commands removed from the app still execute from old bindings

• One wrong-typed field in a single profiles.json/commands.json entry discards every stored entry, and the next save erases them

• InitializeAsync throws ArgumentException when the stored active profile id is whitespace

• Equivalent key names compare unequal: "Ctrl+Plus" ≠ "Ctrl++", "Ctrl+Comma" ≠ "Ctrl+,", "Back" ≠ "Backspace", and "LWin+A" displays as "A+LWIN"

• A torn or corrupt profiles.json loads as zero profiles and the next SaveAsync overwrites it for good (non-atomic saves, corrupt file not kept)

• Semantic string types declare Validate* format rules that are never enforced and contradict what the library actually accepts

• Binding a chord that is already in use succeeds silently, and which command it then runs depends on unrelated earlier unbinds

• SaveAsync without InitializeAsync wipes stored commands and the active profile, leaving the preserved profiles' bindings dead

• Concurrent saves silently lose profiles: JsonKeybindingRepository does unsynchronised read-modify-write of profiles.json

• Command built from semantic types keeps padded name/description/category, so GetCommandsByCategory misses it until a save/reload

• KeybindingConfiguration's AutoSave, AutoSaveIntervalMilliseconds and DefaultProfileId/Name have no effect: nothing in the library reads IKeybindingConfiguration

• Chord, Phrase, Command and Profile don't round-trip through System.Text.Json: deserialize throws NotSupportedException, Command ids serialize as char arrays, Profile silently loses its chords
