kthneighbor/README.md

Hi, I'm Valentin

I build data platforms and agent systems, the infrastructure that contains them, and the governance that keeps them defensible. Databricks, Azure, Terraform, enterprise delivery since 2017, embedded in client teams wearing various hats (data scientist, data engineer, data architect, platform engineer, data platform architect, tech lead), in one case leading a consultancy's data practice (as principal consultant for the business field data/DataOps).

One shape throughout: build the thing that isn't there yet, then hand it over.

Here

  • EpOps reference card — eight ways AI-augmented knowledge work rots, each with a countermeasure. CC BY 4.0.
  • Corpus convention — definitions from my own toolchain, published as I get the time to ready them for wider consumption.

Not hereHoopoe, a governed multi-agent harness running a full SDLC, in daily use on my own projects. StudioOS, a Terraform platform running agents under container isolation on Hetzner, defence in depth rather than perimeter. Both closed; I discuss the architectures openly. Client code sits in repositories I don't own.
