prplmesh: enable log rolling on OpenWrt

Summary

• allow the packaged prplMesh log-roll helper to run on TARGET_PLATFORM=openwrt
• bump the package to 6.0.1-r3
• make the runtime package test execute the safe prplmesh_utils.sh -h path, catching platform-guard regressions

Root cause

r2 shipped the upstream helper, but its platform guard accepted only linux|rdkb. The generated OpenWrt helper therefore exited with Unsupported platform: openwrt before roll_logs could enforce retention.

Validation

• official 6.0.1 source SHA-256 matched package metadata
• full patch stack applied in OpenWrt 25.12.5 SDK
• exact mediatek/mt7622 / aarch64_cortex-a53 build succeeded
• local APK integrity verified with apk --allow-untrusted verify
• generated helper reports TARGET_PLATFORM=openwrt and prplmesh_utils.sh -h succeeds
• production agent/controller log-level assertions pass
• shellcheck and git diff --check pass
