The latest VS Code test CLI still requires Mocha 11, which constrains serialize-javascript to the vulnerable version 6 line. Override only Mocha's serializer with ^7.0.5; the lockfile resolves 7.1.2 and removes the two serializer security advisories.

Validated npm run check, npm run package, the existing extension tests in VS Code 1.142.0, and a Mocha parallel-worker smoke test. The generated VSIX contains no node_modules, so this development-only fix does not require an extension release. Unrelated development dependency audit warnings through braces and diff remain.

The latest VS Code test CLI still requires Mocha 11, which pins the
vulnerable serializer to version 6. Override only Mocha's serializer
with the patched version 7 line.
