docs(billing): document cancel at end of billing cycle - #843
Updates public billing and workflow documentation for Cancellation takes effect — plans can end subscriptions immediately (default) or at the end of the earliest or latest billing period. Covers scheduled cancellation, Keep plan, organization admin cancel from Billing, and narrative Management API behavior (cancel_at, revert cancellation).
This aligns docs with product changes shipped in Kinde (feat/plan_cancellation_timing / PR #1554). Removes outdated copy that said cancellation is portal/API-only and that there is no cancel action in the Kinde admin UI.

Explanation
The title "docs(billing): document cancel at end of billing cycle" matches the main change. Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
The new scheduled-cancel instructions depend on the agreement DELETE response returning AGREEMENT_CANCELLATION_SCHEDULED and cancels_on in a form callers can read. That response contract is not shown by the supplied endpoint reference.
If the endpoint uses different response fields or nesting, the client can report the wrong cancellation state or omit its effective date.
This can occur when: An API client uses the documented response to distinguish a scheduled cancellation from an immediate one.

- Line 77: Update the scheduled-cancellation usage statement to make charges for
unpaid usage through the effective date conditional on the customer’s usage
policy, while preserving the final-invoice timing. Check and align the portal
wording in the same section so it communicates the same condition.
- Line 156: Update step 3 in the cancellation instructions to state that
`cancel_at` is sent as a query parameter, matching the Management API
operation’s request format.
Review comments at
@src/content/docs/billing/manage-subscribers/one-time-purchases.mdx:
- Line 110: Update the one-time-purchase cancellation wording in the plan-change
and billing FAQ docs to distinguish immediate from scheduled cancellation:
immediate cancellation forfeits purchases without a refund, while scheduled
cancellation forfeits them when the agreement ends. Preserve the existing
plan-change and repurchase guidance.

Admins need the Billing page and the timing dialog in the guide so they can match the steps to what they see in Kinde. The warning callout and scheduled-cancel date wording are included so the page matches the product.

Readers following cancel, upgrade, and plan-setup steps were hitting placeholder screenshots, permission notes in the wrong place, and a few wording errors. The pages now match the product wording and show the real screens.

Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
The guide says update:billing_agreements is sufficient to schedule cancellation, but the documented operation is still DELETE; the endpoint's authorization may also require delete:billing_agreements for scheduled requests.
An integration configured with the documented scope receives an authorization failure instead of scheduling cancellation.
This can occur when: An M2M app has only update:billing_agreements and sends DELETE with cancel_at=min_period_end for an agreement with a usable future period end.

Scheduled cancellations should only bill unpaid usage when the usage policy says so, and one-time purchases should be forfeited immediately or when the agreement ends. The cancel API step now states that cancel_at is a query parameter, matching the Management API.

The scheduled-cancel caption used {date}, which MDX runs as code, so the page never rendered and link validation failed. The placeholder now matches the other cancellation docs.
