test: Sweep over test/case/ and get rid of tedious port translations #1705

Description

Since e4535aa, we can translate the logical port of a device into its physical counterpart by subscripting the device. E.g. instead of:

_, d1data = env.ltop.xlate("dut1", "data")

We can directly access it with:

dut1["data"]

New cases (understandably) keep using the legacy path. Therefore, we should do a sweep over the entire tree and get rid of the old way of doing things.
