Add support for more x86_64 test systems #1703

Description

With the awesome change of qemu (x86_64) testing to ghmoon we also gained a bottleneck. I suggest we add more, possibly on-demand, x86 server instances that we spin up on whatever iron we have: monza, spa, suzuka, ...
