The live Chemgrid Shiny application had UI, documentation, and guide assets missing from the maintained repository. Consolidate these into
jwildenhain/BoxPlotR.shiny, preserving the local stdio FAQ and the existing HTTP gateway/container setup. Both GitHub repositories were compared:shiny-boxplothas no unique implementation changes and already redirects to this repository. Also correct the two MCP boxplot paths to select Tukey whiskers (
range = -1.5in the custom helper), include required Shiny assets in the Docker context, preserve inactive access-management utilities underlegacy/, and document source provenance and deployment. The older unmerged review branch remains separate because it includes behavior changes and a PNG-only restriction conflicting with current output formats.Validation: all three regression tests passed against this exact merged source in a disposable tyerschem2 directory, including six real renders across both engines and PNG/PDF/SVG. R and Python parsing, local guide links, and whitespace checks passed. Existing testthat tests remain unverified due to missing dependencies; local Docker is unavailable. CI now runs the new regression suite as well as the existing HTTP integration checks.
Production was not changed. Existing untracked test-data was preserved outside this commit.
