Summary

  • Stale restores: tmux-dotbar loaded after tmux-continuum and replaced status-right, dropping continuum's autosave hook. The last save was 2026-09-08, so every new server restored that old fx3-ingest/dotfiles layout. Continuum now loads last.
  • Windows stuck small: bare tmux ran new-session -A -s main, which leaves other clients attached. With window-size latest, an older, smaller client pinned windows to its size (shown as a dotted area). Added -D to detach other clients on attach.

Verification

  • After reloading the config, status-right starts with continuum_save.sh and a manual save writes a current snapshot.
  • On an isolated tmux -L server with the real config, restored windows resize to a 200x50 client; attaching an 80x39 client shrinks them to 80x38; attaching with -D detaches it and restores 200x49.
  • zsh -n zsh/.zshrc passes.

tmux-dotbar loaded after tmux-continuum and overwrote status-right,
dropping continuum's autosave hook. Saves stopped on Sep 8, so every
new server restored that stale snapshot. Load continuum last.

The bare `tmux` wrapper attached with `new-session -A`, leaving any
older, smaller client attached; with window-size latest that pinned
windows to the small size. Add -D to detach other clients on attach.
