My background spans enterprise business applications, global people leadership, Salesforce architecture and development, customer and partner portals, cybersecurity and identity, and Python open-source development.

- Deep Salesforce expertise: Hands-on work across architecture, administration, integrations, security, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform modernization.
- Python and API engineering: Reusable SDKs, integrations, automation, REST APIs, Linux-based services, and maintainable open-source packages.
- Customer, partner, and identity platforms: Extensive experience with digital self-service, customer support, partner experiences, SSO, MFA, and secure access.
- Increased online support-case submission from approximately 24% to more than 70%, creating a stronger foundation for proactive support and self-service.
- Led a Khoros-to-Salesforce Experience Cloud migration that saved approximately $130,000 per year.
- Helped consolidate AWS-hosted applications into Salesforce, saving more than $150,000 per year while reducing integration complexity.
- Directed technical-debt reduction that decommissioned or updated hundreds of Apex classes and triggers and migrated legacy automation to Salesforce Flow.
An MIT-licensed Python toolset for performing Salesforce API calls. I created SalesPyForce as a reusable SDK while building a real-world Salesforce integration, then published it on PyPI so other developers could use and extend it.
