Joanna Jablonski

I work on how technical information is authored, structured, and delivered for both developers and the AI they work with.

I’m a Context Engineer at RelationalAI. I’m also a founding member of the Python Documentation Editorial Board. I coauthored Python Basics: A Practical Introduction to Python 3.

What I work on

  • Context engineering: I create systems of information that work as context for AI so it can produce output that helps developers get things done.
  • Developer documentation and education: I help developers get the most out of their tools. I handle both big-picture design and nuts-and-bolts implementation. I’ve owned editorial direction, information architecture, and the standards that govern technical content for developer audiences. I'm also happy to dig into the Python and YAML myself to create resources that are worth developers' time. I create AI workflows to generate developer-facing content.
  • Python: I help govern Python's documentation as a founding member of the Python Documentation Editorial Board.
  • Linux: I'm studying Linux digital forensics and incident response (DFIR).
