Windows update 26300.9711 disabled Full styling because the previous exact host fingerprint admitted only 26200.9550 and 26300.9550. Replace those retired candidates with ALLY's measured fingerprint and binary identities, retaining exact version/hash checks and experimental status.

Update Terminal's package/system-XAML pins for 1.24.12741.0 and add the independently measured WebView2 155.0.4283.45 boundary. All five WebView2 offsets were measured through an isolated public-SDK controller against the complete DLL hash. Earlier reviewed WebView2 entries and per-runtime original-call storage are preserved.

Validation:

• Generation, validation, generated drift check, and git diff --check passed on the final integration with main.
• Original candidate: 114 Windows fixture checks, 29 native link/offscreen checks (all eight bundled adapters), 10 focused compatibility/Markdown checks, and the final 5 affected native Markdown checks passed.
• Final integration: 73 compatibility/port checks and 7 Markdown checks passed. Independent review found no actionable defects in either the original candidate or the integration.
• Installed Full-mode Update and automatic Test passed. A fresh installed Test on October 16 also passed with no failed checks. All 53 installed manifest files match the final candidate; integrating main changed none of the Windows installation payloads. The installed revision remains c57a00dec4f9f0a88700dddcd9def8df45779f85, with its rollback history retained.
• Live visual checks on ALLY: Settings Home, System, Display values and the scale menu were readable at the existing 150% scale; Explorer navigation, selection, and a local PowerToys Markdown preview rendered the expected black background, near-white headings, rose body text and red accents. Display values were not changed, and the temporary Explorer tab was closed.
• CI for final head 3e00ebed290b4eff90feebac67614c446bfedfab: run 38861019354 passed, including the required release-gate, Windows lifecycle, source/unit, build, consumer, and browser checks.

npm run test:all was not run locally; the repository-selected broader checks run in CI. These bounded live observations do not certify every Windows surface, first-frame behavior, reboot/sign-in, a clean-PC install, other DPI settings, or complete accessibility coverage. The port remains experimental with candidate compatibility; this change does not publish a tagged release.
