• feat(packs): name stack-map entities under w3id.org/intigraph/tambo

Components are now named under https://w3id.org/intigraph/tambo/id/stack/, each linked to its former name with owl:sameAs. The packs were rebuilt with scripts/build-stack-packs.sh (quipu 0.16.6); stack-map now has 8 sameAs links. The caboodle: vocabulary and the pack graph IRIs are unchanged. 9 files changed, 148 insertions(+), 106 deletions(-).

Evidence

scripts/build-stack-packs.sh and python3 scripts/test-stack-pendants.py (OK) were run from a real clone of this head in an isolated test environment.
