Tambo’s README uses different headings from the stack template and omits the command table, prerequisites and license heading. This change puts its content under all ten shared headings, adds useful commands and prominent book links, and retains the installation, verification and delivery-event qualifications.
Only README content and its two curated source hashes change. The shared stack block and hero/terminal assets remain byte-identical.
Validation: ten repository-knowledge tests passed (one existing skip), exact shared stack block passed, new book links returned HTTP 200, and mdBook built. Both guarded checks left the watched HOME paths and resources untouched. Full docs-check stopped because lychee is unavailable locally; hosted documentation checks remain required.
Demo unavailable: documentation organization only; no executable behavior changes. Compare the rendered README at base 5db50b4 and candidate 1ae7955. Existing terminal recording is unchanged; this does not establish whole-stack frame or render acceptance.
The initial candidate failed the executable README extractor because its quickstart blocks and section boundary changed. The follow-up preserves the exact original quickstart/verify blocks and Advanced boundary; the existing extractor and repository-knowledge suite pass locally. Hosted book-and-links passed on the initial candidate; all final-head checks remain required.
