UltraShip's tree is tool-written maintainer state, not a contributor-facing surface, and no established project ships one. A .gitignore entry alone cannot take effect on already-tracked files, so the previously committed files are removed from the index here. Nothing is deleted from disk and history is unchanged; only the evidence directory was ignored before.
chore: gitignore .ultraship planning state
The docs gate asserted the .gitignore held `.ultraship/products/*/evidence/`, which the tree-wide ignore replaced, so the gate failed on develop. It now asserts a bare `.ultraship/` line. Line equality rather than `contains`, because the old narrower rule contains that string too and would pass a substring check while ignoring almost nothing.

Brings main in step with develop so the planning tree is not carried on main either. No version bump and no tag, so this is a branch sync rather than a release.
