Add PHP navigation for
.phpfiles: functions, classes, methods, interfaces, traits, enums, namespaces, and constants.PHP signatures use the AST body field so multiline inheritance clauses are preserved and declaration bodies are excluded. Reference matching now supports configured compound nodes, covering namespace names, qualified class names, and
$variablesas well as simple identifiers.Validation: nine PHP tests cover extraction, signatures (including brace literals), and compound references. CI installs the PHP grammar. The combined follow-up branch passes all 229 tests and
cargo clippy -- -D warnings; this PR's CI checks its standalone changes.
