Extends the bilingual /milestone timeline through November 2026 while preserving the existing records.
The page now has 21 milestone records, 15 month columns, and 10 Astron Agent timeline signals. Also repairs three stale GitHub URLs: HER Hack #5/#6 use the canonical Spark-X2.6 repository while retaining their historical Spark-X2.5 titles; contributor chengchengchengcc is updated to OrangeChengcc after verifying stable account ID 158296326. Contribution counts and avatars are unchanged.
Validation: local Astro page compilation, timeline mapping, Prettier and diff whitespace checks passed. GitHub REST confirms both issue identities and the renamed contributor ID. All commits carry matching DCO sign-offs. All updated-head checks passed, including Link Check, Build, Code Quality, License Compliance, Dependency Audit, CodeQL, DCO, CLA and Vercel preview. No check exclusions were added.
