Fix client callbacks, registration presets and help examples. Derive binary verifiers from the exact returned salt bytes while preserving Hex/Base64 generation. Use timing-resistant proof comparisons. Add hidden CLI secret input and stderr warnings, and correct mutual-authentication examples. Add regression tests and repository instructions. Update the changelog through makeapp; omit migration guidance for unreleased binary support.
