Long task titles and working-directory subtitles can push the session selector, Live window, and Refresh outside the header, where the shell's overflow clipping hides them.
Allow the title column to shrink and break long words, and wrap the header and action group when space is limited. Keep buttons from shrinking and bound the selector to its container. Update the English and Chinese viewer documentation.
Validation: added a browser regression covering long titles, paths, and option labels in English and Chinese at 400, 600, 800, and 1280 px. Confirmed failure before the CSS fix and success afterward. All 43 tests in test_ui.py pass; focused Ruff formatting/lint and git diff --check pass. Visually inspected the synthetic long-title header in Chromium.
