Summary

• remove device-viewport, touch-only, safe-area, and full-page narrow-screen frontend behavior
• remove the mobile screenshot and all manifest, documentation, archive, and release-validation references
• keep narrow Codex desktop side-panel behavior scoped to its component container and move bilingual acceptance coverage to desktop dimensions
