Summary

Promotes dev to main for the documentation site.

  • Replaces the footer's Support link with a Discord link in the Community column.
  • Carries a routine Dependabot update for @types/node.

main is an ancestor of dev, so this promotion applies cleanly with no conflicts.

What readers see

Every page ends with the same footer. The Community column now sends readers to the community chat instead of the Support page:

Column Before After
Community GitHub, Discussions, Issues, Contributors, Support GitHub, Discord, Discussions, Issues, Contributors

The Discord item sits directly below GitHub, opens the community invite (https://discord.gg/sjrw8QXNks) in a new tab, and follows the same external-link treatment as the other footer links (opens in a new tab, rel="noreferrer noopener", screen-reader note).

The Support page is unchanged and still available at /docs/support; only the footer link was removed.

Changes

File Change
.vitepress/theme/components/SiteFooter/SiteFooter.vue Adds DISCORD_URL, adds the Discord link below GitHub, removes the Support link.
package.json Bumps @types/node from ^26.6.1 to ^26.6.2.
package-lock.json Resolves @types/node to 26.6.2.

Maintenance updates

Package Before After Scope
@types/node ^26.6.1 ^26.6.2 Development (types only)

The @types/node update changes type definitions for local development and the build only. It has no effect on the published site.

Verification

The two constituent pull requests passed the pull request checks before merge:

Pull request Build VitePress site Check canonical contributor data
#87 — footer Discord link pass pass
#82 — @types/node bump pass pass

The footer was also rendered locally on the home page, and the link order was confirmed in a real browser.

Deployment

Loading

The Pages workflow deploys on push to main. Merging this pull request publishes the footer change to the live site.
