Add isolated Direct verification tooling

Summary

• release two opt-in Bun/Node tooling subpaths for browser verification and production-bundle boundary scanning
• preserve the existing browser-safe runtime surface while adding a ready-bound Direct session reader and protocol-injected generic helper
• validate installed-package imports, NodeNext types, browser-bundle exclusion, deterministic laws, examples, and React Native boundaries

• bun pm pack --dry-run --ignore-scripts
• bun install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts
• official quick validation for both bundled Direct skills
• KB refresh, percolation, and graph checks

Release

This prepares version 0.7.0. The v0.7.0 tag and GitHub release are intentionally deferred pending explicit release approval.
