Looks correct to me: a single additive entry in data/meeting-recordings.json (the 2026-10-22 recording, T9ShTNpdf3o) plus the updatedAt bump; the JSON stays well-formed and the existing entries are untouched.

On the red checks: the four failures are all Netlify (deploy-preview, Header rules, Pages changed, Redirect rules — "Deploy failed"), while the repository's own CI (Lint and build, TypeScript & ESLint, unit tests, audit, DCO) is green. The previous refresh #495 (head 1bbdf95b) had the same netlify/hivecommons-docs/deploy-preview failure and was merged, so this looks like a pre-existing Netlify-side issue rather than anything in this diff — worth a maintainer checking the Netlify deploy log separately, but not a reason to hold this refresh.
