Prepare the next Mac/Raspberry Pi preview with automatic screen fitting, resolution presets, extra-wide side-by-side decks, beat-phase/reference-waveform comparison strips and sharper scaled waveforms. Track information now shows My Tags as chips, preserves long metadata and scrolls within the screen. Browse source-refresh errors clear after reconnection.

The diagnostic recorder remains disabled unless a host is explicitly configured. Existing player identity, metadata selection and music-serving behavior are preserved.

Validation passed locally: 200 Rust tests (one ignored), 108 UI tests, formatting, Clippy, type checking, production build, USB-unmount regressions, Mac helper authorization tests and isolated production-route smoke. Frozen public-source checks passed, and all 304 GitHub source blobs match the local snapshot.

Distribution builds passed all application checks plus Apple Silicon/Intel Mac packaging and smoke tests and Raspberry Pi ARM64 packaging, installed-capability verification and smoke tests. All three CI artifacts were downloaded, their ZIP digests and package checksums verified. DMG/ZIP packages for both Macs, Pi host/desktop Debian packages, source ZIP, checksums and a local verification report are prepared.

Release notes and source manifest are included. No 0.4.0 public release has been published and no existing Mac/Pi installation was changed.
