Collapse copy-pasted path, settings, sidecar, clipboard, and window-style helpers. Parse benchmark-ratios.json once. Frontend reuses token-savings aggregates. Cargo.lock crate version now matches 0.2.11.

Shared sidecar resolve, token-ratio OnceLock, and path helpers. Offline sidecar JSON-lines, support-dir paths, and GUI scan caps are unchanged. CLI folder scan remains unbounded. CI test green.
Known deviations: CLI scan has no GUI depth/file cap.
ClipboardWatchStateClone still copies atomics (see FINDINGS).Draft; do not merge until reviewed.
