What this PR does?
Adds a checkbox to each tool category header in the MCP access key form, allowing users to select or deselect all tools within a category at once. The checkbox shows an indeterminate state when only part of the category is selected.
The change applies to both the creation and editing modals, as they share the same
AccessKeyFormcomponent.Why we need it?
Categories like post management contain many tools. Previously users had to toggle each tool individually; now a whole category can be granted or revoked with one click.
How to test it?
allowedToolsmatches the selection.pnpm check(Prettier, Oxlint/ESLint, vue-tsc, Vitest) passes locally.
