Summary

Remove unnecessary check scripts and release wrappers while preserving generated release content.

• Notices: Use cargo-about's template directory and bundled-asset partial directly in Nix and release builds. Remove redundant notice-copy assertions.
• Formula: Keep the renderer for the nested macOS URL and checksum, using a separate Ruby template, typed Nushell arguments and the pinned lint shell.
• Checks: Remove both standalone check scripts and the comment-width hook, update documentation and shorten the hook-installation comment.

Test plan

• Full Rust and Node checks passed on the parent commit, with 99.24% line coverage.
• All pre-commit hooks, Ruby syntax and workflow lint passed on the final changes.
• Real notice output matched byte-for-byte. Formula output matched using published v0.1.0-alpha.9 checksums and the pinned Nushell, except for the generated header.
• The Nix package build passed, and the final changes preserve its derivation. Final-head CI passed.
