bumps gems flagged critical/high by bundle-audit:

gem old → new advisories

erb 6.0.2 → 6.0.7 CVE-2026-41316
faraday 2.14.1 → 2.14.4 CVE-2026-54297
mcp 0.13.0 → 0.25.0 CVE-2026-67432
net-imap 0.6.3 → 0.6.8 CVE-2026-42258

puma 7.2.0 → 7.2.1 CVE-2026-47736, CVE-2026-47737

transitive changes from the mcp bump: json-schema 6.2.0 removed; json_schemer 2.5.0, hana 1.3.7, simpleidn 0.3.0 added.

remaining medium/low/unknown (not touched): css_parser, loofah, mail, json, crass, rails-html-sanitizer, rack-proxy, bcrypt.

notes

  • lockfile-only resolve (bundle lock --update ... --conservative), no bundle install, no tests run locally. please check CI before merging.
  • stayed in the same major line everywhere (puma 7.2.x, mcp 0.x, rack 3.2.x).
