Adds EIP-8272 cases on top of ethereum#3740: a later frame reading the verifier frame through
FRAMEPARAMandFRAMEDATALOAD, the validation operation called from a contract (CALL,STATICCALL,DELEGATECALL,CALLCODE), aDEFAULTframe write landing under the entry point's source, a write throughSTATICCALL, two salts from one address, and the last write winning across two transactions.Related Issues or PRs
