SauceDemo QA Automation Project

Project Overview

This project contains manual testing documentation and Selenium automation testing for the SauceDemo e-commerce website.

Testing Scope

The following functionalities were tested:

• User Login
• Add Product to Cart
• Remove Product from Cart
• Product Information and Navigation
• Cart and Inventory State Management
• Checkout Process
• Product Sorting and Filtering
• UI and Visual Layout

Manual Testing

The documentation folder contains:

• Test Plan
• Bug Report

Automation Testing

Selenium WebDriver with Python was used for automation testing.

The automation tests cover:

• Login functionality
• Add to Cart functionality
• User session/cart state
• Checkout functionality

Test Users

The testing was performed using the available SauceDemo test users, including:

• standard_user
• locked_out_user
• problem_user
• performance_glitch_user
• error_user
• visual_user
