The library is now owned by Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. Same wording and year range style as the University's other repositories (local_gdo, eportfolio). The licence stays MIT; the author entry in composer.json is unchanged, since authorship and ownership are different things. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
