I build practical systems where hardware, networking, and software meet, from STM32/CAN firmware and vehicle diagnostic tooling to self-hosted infrastructure and secure backend services.
Based in Madrid. Open to internships and junior opportunities in systems, infrastructure, networking, and embedded software.
An attempt to recover a permanently locked car radio down to the chip level: a CAN/UDS diagnostic adapter built from an ESP32, a cracked SecurityAccess scheme, a proven code-injection foothold into the bootloader's RAM, and a full JTAG/SCI investigation into why the processor's own flash security can't be reached with open tools. Unresolved, and documented as such. Built by directing Claude (an AI coding agent) for the protocol analysis and tooling while running the hardware side myself.
A full SAE J2534-1 v04.04 PassThru implementation paired with a custom STM32F407 CAN adapter: galvanically isolated CAN transceiver, a confirmed- transmit protocol that reports per-frame status (queue full, no ACK within 100ms, bus error) instead of fire-and-forget, live bus telemetry (frame counts, bus-off recovery, error counters), and dynamic PC-link bit rate negotiation up to 3 Mbps over USB. Supports ISO 15765-2 multi-frame transport and multiple channels, and works with real OEM diagnostic suites rather than just generic scan tools: BMW ISTA, VW Group ODIS, Toyota Techstream, and Nissan Consult 3 Plus have all run against it successfully. Includes a WinForms diagnostic client.
A documented hybrid infrastructure environment built around public VPS gateways, Docker, WireGuard, Cloudflare Zero Trust, monitoring, backups, and layered security controls.
Research and tooling for the DSP-W215 B1 smart plug, covering OpenWrt access, device control, and power-monitoring experiments.
A practical recovery guide for diagnosing and restoring remote access when SSH or Tailscale stops working.
- EV battery diagnostics: a cross-platform diagnostic application for battery data, vehicle profiles, and service workflows.
- Maritime intelligence platform: a full-stack data platform with secure authentication, automated ingestion, and self-hosted deployment.
