Replace bare
python -m ...in copyable/manual research examples withuv run python -m .... Clarify that one-off configs may live in a workspace whileuv runis invoked from the repository root, where it finds the project.Related Issue

Crew shells have
python3but no barepython; using the system interpreter would also miss project dependencies.How Has This Been Tested?
