Bump golangci-lint to v2.13.2 and migrate exhaustruct to exhaustruct_v5 - #5

golangci-lint 2.13.0 deprecated exhaustruct in favour of exhaustruct_v5. Under `default: all` both run, so the deprecated linter joins wsl and gomodguard in `disable`. The _test.go exclusion and the nolint in FromPtr take the new name too: an exclusion or directive that still names exhaustruct stops matching without a warning, and 2.13 reports the findings it was holding back.

golangci-lint 2.13.0 deprecates
exhaustructin favour ofexhaustruct_v5, a new major version of the upstream analyzer. Withlinters.default: allboth versions were enabled at once, so the old exclusions and//nolintdirectives stopped matching and 2.13 reported new issues on an untouched tree..github/workflows/lint.yml: pin bumped to v2.13.2..golangci.yaml: the deprecatedexhaustructis disabled next towslandgomodguard; every exclusion, settings key and//nolintdirective now namesexhaustruct_v5. No Go code changes beyond the directive renames.Verified locally with 2.13.2:
0 issues.in every module, no deprecation warnings, tests andgo mod tidyclean.
