dev w/ a background in cybersecurity comps working on data structures, low-level audits, native applications, and protocols.

  • I find that good code is found in reading the code, writing it by hand (shocking) many times, and formal provers, not generic gated scripts*
  • ai's a great tool but write the important stuff by hand. For light stuff, using AI is pretty much necessary.*

Usually found on macOS. Swift. Lovely GUIs. Rust for the serious protocols and granular approaches. Trying to stop locally working on code and pushing once done- trying to use github more nowadays

What I work on: Data structures with explicit invariants and predictable behavior Low-level audits involving ownership, memory, concurrency, FFI, and unsafe boundaries Memory-safe systems programming, primarily in Rust Native, Mac-centric applications (different from the protocols) Protocols, parsers, libraries, and developer tools New low-level languages and ideas- Rust, Go, Zig, Hylo very modern-lang friendly

big thing. i usually develop locally and upload to github later. things I maintain are public. (things that are MINOR improvements to things that won't be maintained are archived)
