Add Messages Overview tab to Data Analytics docs

Summary

The Data Analytics dashboard now has four tabs, but the docs listed only three. This PR documents the missing Messages Overview tab, based on the live production dashboard.

Stacked on #685 (the update-docs skill). Merge that first; GitHub will then retarget this PR to main.

docs/4. Product Features/Data Analytics.md

• Intro now lists four tabs: Reach & Growth, Engagement Quality, Messages Overview, Message Errors.
• Replaced the intro screenshot (GitHub CDN image) with a new local one that shows all four tabs.
• New Messages Overview section covering:
  • the Messages Exchanged card (Inbound / Template Outbound / Service Outbound, and the "Billable from 1st Oct" tag);
  • the notice about Meta charging for service messages from 1st October 2026;
  • the Message Composition stacked bar chart.
• Header: Last Updated → October 2026, read time 3 → 4 minutes.

New images (static/img/analytics/), taken with the redacting gdocs shot: the staff name is redacted, and the rest shows only aggregate counts.
