+These materials have not been publicly released, published, or made available for open distribution. Access to these works is strictly controlled by Wind River and limited to authorized internal environments and restricted confidential contexts.  
+The GitHub repository located at: https://github.com/anandaraajparthiban-jpg/funge  
+contains unauthorized copies of these Wind River proprietary works. Specifically:  
+1. All or substantially all files within the repository are direct copies of Wind River proprietary software files. These files reproduce verbatim (or near-verbatim) the contents of Wind River’s original works, including source code, binary data, configuration files, and structured module files.  
+2. The files maintain the same structure, internal organization, file contents, naming conventions, and relationships as the original Wind River materials, demonstrating that they are not independently created, but instead were copied directly from Wind River’s proprietary environment or materials.  
+3. Because Wind River has not publicly distributed or released these works, the presence of these files in the repository necessarily results from unauthorized access, copying, and publication by the repository owner or a third party. Given the non-public nature of these materials, independent creation is not plausible.

+5. The reproduction and public distribution of these files on GitHub is entirely unauthorized and infringes Wind River’s exclusive rights, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display its copyrighted works.
