As part of the JOSS review (openjournals/joss-reviews#10825), multiple reviewers noted that the current test coverage of approximately 54% could be significantly improved.
Suggestions:
- Add tests for all 20 chart types (at minimum, verifying they execute without error)
- Add tests for the analytic utilities (cohort, rank_order) with known expected outputs
- Add edge case tests for the hierarchical argument system
- Consider targeting 70%+ coverage as a reasonable goal
